Multiple layers of Zirconia cloth flaps constantly expose new sharp points to the work surface. These flaps are laminated by state-of-the-art automated equipment to a reinforced fiberglass backing that wears with the flaps and will not damage the workpiece. This enables the operator the use of the entire disc for a greater efficiency. Each disc is balance tested and will not vibrate, providing a smooth cutting, long lasting sanding tool.
