Designed for use in left hand rotation multiple spindle, gear driven drilling heads, screw machine operations, lathes and any machinery with a left hand rotation. Left hand drills are commonly used for drilling out broken or frozen bolts. NOMO® treatment increases surface hardness. Penetrates faster than cobalt due to unique geometry and metallurgy. The precision 135° split point eliminates the need for pilot hole drilling, prevents “walking” and bites right into #300 and #400 series stainless steels. Application: Portable drilling of stainless steel, titanium alloys and other hard to drill materials.
