Can be used dry, but are most effective in wet applications. The combination of the full resin bond, the “anti-slip” waterproof latex paper backing and the sharp S/C grain produces a superior quality product for polishing metallurgical specimens, glass, stone, marble, general metal finishing, applying scratch patterns to metal, plastics, fiberglass or between coats of paint or primer.
