Hex Jack Screws are available in zinc or yellow zinc finish and also comes in stainless steel. All Jack Screws come in a size of 3/16 "around the head flats and with a 4-40 thread. They are widely used in computer applications, similar to standoffs but with a longer protruding thread.

    I needed replacement steel hex jack screws for D connectors on custom control panels. Took a lot of looking, Most of the ones you find are brass. Steel was hard to find. After lots of Googling, AFT seemed to have what I was looking for, Ordered up what seemed like the proper size and type, and received them yesterday. They are perfect for my needs. Very happy.
