MiTek's JUS series connectors are slant nail joist hangers designed to offer double shear nailing. They feature a dimple that allows for 30° to 45° nailing through the joist into the header, resulting in higher loads and less nailing. The slant/double shear nailing allows for higher load values, fewer nails and faster installation. MiTek connectors are designed for code compliance, easy installation with commonly-available fasteners and high performance.

  • Made from 18-Gauge steel
  • G185 finish provides corrosion resistance and usability with ACQ-treated lumber
  • Meets code compatibility requirements in ICC-ES 3445, FL17232 and LABC ESR-3445
  • Requires 6 10d HDG nails for installation (sold separately)
