A4-70 is a metric grade stainless steel carriage bolt commonly used in Europe. It is similar to 316 stainless steel but with a higher tensile strength. The "A4" designation indicates that the bolt is made from 316 stainless steel, and the "70" refers to the minimum tensile strength in megapascals (MPa), which is approximately equivalent to 700 MPa. A4-70 carriage bolts are suitable for demanding applications that require both corrosion resistance and strength.
